Visit Our Head Office
Come to Sanskriti Bhawan during working hours 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Carry Required Documents
Bring your government-issued photo ID, two passport-size photographs, and your student certificate (optional).
Pay Affiliation Fee
Pay the applicable fee according to the fee structure. Cash, DD, or bank transfer are accepted at the office.
On-the-Spot Registration
Our staff will verify your documents and process your affiliation immediately. Receive your certificate the same day.

Who Can Apply
Any individual teacher or cultural institution that meets the following criteria is eligible to apply for affiliation with SSSP.
Individual Teacher
Must have a minimum of 20–30 students enrolled in your classes across any recognised art discipline.
Cultural Institution
Schools, academies, or institutes teaching traditional Indian art forms with an active student base.
Commitment to Indian Arts
A genuine commitment to promoting, preserving, and teaching authentic Indian cultural arts education.
India or Overseas
Applications welcome from all Indian states as well as overseas — USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and beyond.
What to Bring / Upload
Have the following documents ready before visiting or applying online.
Government-Issued Photo ID
Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence (self-attested copy).
Passport-Size Photographs
Two recent colour passport-size photographs of the applicant.
Student Certificate (Optional)
Any prior examination or merit certificate demonstrating your teaching background.
Address Proof (Online)
Utility bill or any document confirming your institution's address.

Affiliation Fees
One-time affiliation fee based on your location. Fees are used to maintain the quality and reach of SSSP's cultural examination network.
Payment Information
Transfer fees directly to our bank account. Please mention your name and "Affiliation Fee" in the payment reference.
